06 - Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles. Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Once you see how easily these come together, late-night takeout will start to lose its charm.
  • Every bite is a tangle of chewy noodles, aromatic garlic, and lively chili heat—the kind of simple pleasure worth repeating.
02 -
  • Don’t walk away while the garlic is frying—it can turn bitter so fast if you’re distracted, and that changes everything.
  • Mixing the sauce before you start makes the toss quick and ensures no clumps or uneven flavor.
03 -
  • If you want ultra-crunchy peanuts, toast them yourself right before chopping.
  • A dash of black vinegar or a spoonful of pickled ginger can turn a good bowl into a memorable one.
