01 - In a large pitcher, mix lemon juice and granulated sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add cold water and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate until serving.
02 - For each fruit syrup, combine fruit, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes, gently mash fruit to release juices, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Cool syrup before use.
03 - In a saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar, bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add mint leaves, steep for 15 minutes, then strain and cool.
04 - Place lemonade in a dispenser. Dispense each syrup into labeled bottles or jars. Arrange lemon slices, mint sprigs, ice, and glasses. Set up a self-serve station.
05 - Pour lemonade into a glass, add ice, and stir in preferred syrup (about 1–2 tablespoons per glass). Finish with garnish as desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • You get to watch everyone&aposs faces light up as they mix their own flavor combos, almost like a game.
  • This lemonade bar has become my go-to for big crowds because there&aposs zero stress and tons of fun.
02 -
  • If you don&apost let the syrups cool enough before setting them out, they can melt the ice faster and dilute the flavor.
  • Straining fruit syrups with a sieve transforms them from chunky to perfectly pourable condiments that guests adore.
03 -
  • Simmer syrups slowly: overheating dulls fruit flavors and can caramelize sugar too soon.
  • For the most vibrant lemonade, use lemons at room temperature — they yield more juice.
