This snack platter became an instant hit at our last themed gathering My kids loved making their own little aliens and couldn't wait to show their friends

Ingredients

  • Produce: 2 large cucumbers, 1 green bell pepper, 1 cup green grapes, 1 cup sugar snap peas, 12 black olives (pitted)
  • Dairy: 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • Pantry: 24 mini pretzel sticks, 24 edible candy eyes (or use slices of black olives for homemade eyes), 12 toothpicks

Instructions

Step 1:
Slice cucumbers into ¾-inch thick rounds to form the alien faces
Step 2:
Spread a small dollop of cream cheese atop each cucumber round to act as glue
Step 3:
Place a green grape or a halved sugar snap pea on top of each round for the alien head bump
Step 4:
Use black olives (slice or leave whole) to form mouths or antenna bases
Step 5:
