12 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

# How-To Steps:

01 - In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
02 - Stir in cranberry juice and strawberry purée. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
03 - Add cold water and sparkling water. Stir gently to combine without diminishing carbonation.
04 - Fill glasses or the punch bowl with ice cubes as desired.
05 - Garnish each serving with lemon and lime slices, strawberry halves, and mint sprigs. Serve immediately to preserve effervescence.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It looks stunning in a pitcher and tastes like springtime actually tastes.
  • Zero alcohol means everyone can enjoy it, from kids to grandparents, without anyone feeling left out.
  • The whole thing comes together in 10 minutes, leaving you time to actually enjoy your own party instead of sweating in the kitchen.
02 -
  • Fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice make a difference you can actually taste, not just something food bloggers say sounds nicer.
  • If you add the sparkling water too early, it will go flat by the time you serve it, so resist the urge to get ahead of yourself.
03 -
  • Slice your citrus wheels right before serving so they're fresh and bright rather than dried out or sad looking in the pitcher.
  • If you're not using the punch immediately after making it, add the sparkling water only when guests are about to arrive so it stays properly effervescent.
