# What You'll Need:
→ Cheeses
01 - 8.8 oz mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese (for spreading and shaping)
03 - 2.8 oz black olives (for eyes and nose)
→ Fruits
04 - 2 large green apples
05 - 1 large pear (for the face base)
06 - 1 cup seedless green grapes
07 - 1 cup seedless red grapes
08 - 1 cup blueberries
→ Other
09 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)
10 - Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
11 - 8 rice crackers or round crackers (optional, for serving)
# How-To Steps:
01 - Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly. Slice the pear lengthwise to form the lamb's face base. Cut green apples into thin wedges to create the ears.
02 - Place the pear half in the center of a large serving platter to represent the lamb's face.
03 - Position mozzarella balls tightly around the pear to simulate fluffy wool surrounding the face.
04 - Arrange apple wedges on either side of the pear to resemble lamb's ears.
05 - Place black olives to form the eyes and nose, slicing them as necessary for appropriate size and shape.
06 - Distribute blueberries and both green and red grapes around the mozzarella and base to add color and fill spaces.
07 - Dot cream cheese behind the olives to secure them in place and optionally use cream cheese to form a smiling mouth.
08 - Decorate with fresh mint leaves for a vibrant finish.
09 - Lightly drizzle honey over the fruit and cheese for added sweetness, if desired.
10 - Present immediately with rice or round crackers, or serve without accompaniment.
